Mr. McManus began as a consultant to the Company in June 2005 as Chief Accounting Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. Mr. McManus has served as the Executive Vice President of MFC since 1995. MFC is a leading provider of financial, management and investor relations consulting and support services to publicly traded companies. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. McManus also served as Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he was responsible for restructuring Spectrum’s accounting and administration functions. Prior to joining MFC, from 1991 to 1995, he worked at Price Waterhouse LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP) as an audit manager for healthcare and financial services companies. Mr. McManus is a retired Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California. |
