Michael McGowan is President of Oxford Global Resources, a position he has held since 1998. He joined Oxford in May of 1997 as Chief Operating Officer. Formerly, Mr. McGowan was Senior Vice President and General Manager for Kelly Services’ Middle Markets Division. Prior to that time, he was Vice President & General Manager for The MEDSTAT Group, a healthcare information firm, and held increasingly responsible positions for Automatic Data Processing (ADP) during a sixteen year tenure. Mr. McGowan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, also at Michigan State University. |
