Michael McFall is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP, based in its London office. He is a member of the Corporate Department, where his practice focuses on private equity, company law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, joint ventures and corporate finance.
Michael has advised on a broad range of private equity transactions, from early stage financing to private placement, acting for both investor and investees. Investor representations include venture capital funds, corporate venture entities and high net worth individuals. Michael also has wide experience of UK domestic and cross border private company M&A, joint venture and commercial transactions in a variety of sectors, including TMT, industry and education.
