Mike Martin oversees strategic direction of both magazines and corresponding web portals of one of the nation's most successful business-to-business media companies. Martin also directs the public relations, internal and external communications for the company.During his tenure, he has worked in several editorial, sales and management positions. He helped launch and reposition some of the company's most recognizable business-to-business titles, and developed and managed several publications for market-leading companies through Cygnus Business Media's Custom Marketing Division. Formally a Group Vice President in the Publishing Division, Martin managed more than 20 properties, several achieving double-digit growth in revenues during one of the industry's most challenging eras.Martin got his start at as an account executive at a national public relations firm, giving him the insight and knowledge to understand ROI and branding goals from a client's perspective. His staff is motivated to embrace new technologies in order to deliver higher value and more audience participation through greater interaction. The company's magazine brands are associated with websites and portals as well as sponsorships of Cygnus Business Media's award-winning tradeshows. He supports a strong foundation of quality content mixed with unique delivery methods that offer the company's clients the branding and response expected for their communications' investment.
