Michael Mahre is the President & Chief Executive Officer of SelectBuild Construction, Inc., and he is also Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for BMHC. Prior to joining BMHC and SelectBuild, Mike was a founding principal of a private equity investment firm and spent more than six years in investment and commercial banking. Mike also served as a Commander in the Naval Reserve and spent nearly eight years on active duty as a nuclear engineer and submarine officer in the Navy. The highlight of his Navy career was managing classified, deep ocean, projects and included the 1986 Titanic expedition during which Michael explored the Titanic at a depth of 13,500 feet. Mike graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and received his MBA from Stanford in 1990. |
