Michael MacKenzie is an associate at Eimer Stahl Klevorn & Solberg LLP. He has experience working on a variety of complex litigation matters, including securities fraud, antitrust, white-collar criminal defense, and contract disputes. He currently is defending an oil refining corporation in an antitrust class action in which plaintiffs are attempting to hold the corporation liable for the actions of OPEC. Before joining Eimer Stahl, Michael was an associate at the Chicago office of Reed Smith. Michael graduated cum laude in 2006 from Harvard Law School, where he was a member of the Board of Student Advisors. In 2003, he graduated magna cum laude from Yale, receiving degrees in English and Political Science with honors. Michael is admitted to practice law in Illinois. |
