Mr. Lund has extensive experience in corporate financial management, corporate development, and operations management within the technology industry. He has held executive financial responsibilities for Microbar Incorporated, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, and VideoChip Technologies, a start-up focused on the development of consumer-oriented digital imaging products. He has been responsible for securing private financing, private debt financing and institutional debt financing. He has been the senior financial officer for Astec Semiconductor, the US affiliate of Astec PLC. Along with his duties as controller of US Financial Operations for Astec Semiconductor, he was also the strategic operations manager for the Philippine-based IC test facility located in Rosario, Cavite. Astec Semiconductor developed analog IC’s for the power management market. Mr. Lund was the corporate controller and operations manager for Multichip Assembly, an IC packaging development company and a spin-off of Cypress Semiconductor, located in San Jose, California. Multichip was an advanced packaging specialist focused on TAB, Chip-On-Board, and Flip-Chip applications. His technology career began with Cypress Semiconductor in various financial positions for several product lines. Mr. Lund currently serves as a Board member for two technology-based start-up companies located in San Jose and Carmel, California. Mr. Lund holds a B.S. in Finance and a Masters Degree in Economics, and has also earned his CMA certificate.
