From the highly regarded $26 million US Federal Courthouse in Brownsville, Texas to the $130 million Consolidated Rental Car Facility at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, he has demonstrated his ability to lead and coordinate technically complex facilities.Projects such as the Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Operation Center and MD Anderson's Data Center showcase mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems that drive the function of the interior spaces in innovative yet efficient ways while, uniquely influencing the architectural design in a cost effective manner. Michael also brings great strength in the areas of structural systems design as well as value engineering, specification writing and interpretation of local, state, an natinal building codes.A strong partner who has worked with a number of construction delivery systems from bid to cm at risk to design-build, Michael is well versed in fast track methodologies that utilize multiple bid packaging and phased construction processes and has developed excellent relationships in the field.
