Michael L. Lakhovsky is an associate in the Public Finance practice area. Mr. Lakhovsky has experience serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and issuer’s counsel on tax-exempt bond financings for educational, cultural and health care institutions. Among others, he has worked on bond issues for the benefit of DePaul University, Olivet Nazarene University, The University of Chicago, Advocate Health Care, Loyola University of Chicago, Elmhurst College, Illinois Wesleyan University, Holy Cross Hospital and Elim Christian Services. Mr. Lakhovsky joined the firm in 2006 after working here as a summer associate in 2005. In 2004, Mr. Lakhovsky was a summer extern (Regulatory and Aviation Litigation) for the City of Chicago Law Department. |
