Mike Kulesza serves as Executive Vice President in the firm’s Boston office. He is also a member of DHR’s Financial Services Practice. He brings with him over 24 years of experience in the executive search industry. His search practice focuses on Financial Services with clients at mutual fund companies, institutional asset management organizations, banks, insurance companies and private equity firms. Prior to joining DHR International, Mr. Kulesza was Founder of Anthony Michael & Co. (AM&C), a full service, specialty executive search firm based in Boston. Mr. Kulesza has broad-based experience in executive search covering senior and executive level searches for managers in distribution and marketing, new business development, relationship management, operations, investment analysis and portfolio management. He has recruited numerous investment professionals for a variety of financial service firms. These roles include: Senior Managing Director for Distribution, Executive Vice-President Marketing, Executive Vice President for Retirement Plan Services, Senior Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Head of Compliance, Regional Vice Presidents, Senior Managing Directors, General Counsel, Managers of Broker Dealer Services, Managers of Shareholder Services, Director of Research, Director of New Business Development and many others. Mr. Kulesza and his wife Jean reside in Norfolk, MA and have three children. He and his wife are very active in the community serving on several Boards and Committees and volunteering for coaching in youth sports.
