Michael Kasten is a Certified Public Accountant with 17 years of professional accounting and finance experience. Prior to joining Cypress, Mr. Kasten was the managing director of an accounting firm that provided accounting outsourcing, accounting systems consulting, business advisory services, accounting, and income tax planning and preparation services. He has held senior management positions at e-commerce and finance Companies including being the senior finance member of an e-business venture of a fortune 50 Company. In addition, he was responsible for the SEC and financial reporting for a publicly traded company. After earning his Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance, Mr. Kasten spent 7 years in public accounting and was an audit manager for a Big 4 accounting firm. |
