Michael has been passionate about commercial real estate since 1984 when he started helping his father, an industrial developer, with several development projects in Cleveland Ohio.
A graduate of Ohio State University with a B.S.B.A in Real Estate and Finance, Michael also holds a brokers license with The Texas Real Estate Commission, was an Eagle Scout in his youth and holds the CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) What is a CCIM; which only 6% of his Colleagues attain.
In 1993 Michael started focusing on marketing commercial real estate with emphasis in office buildings. Since that time he has served as an Office Leasing Specialist with Bradford Companies and in 1996 joined The John Bowles Company where he has been consistently a top performer serving his clients needs.
Michael's expertise covers a variety of Tenant and Brokerage services including leasing, acquisition, disposition, strategic planning, demographic and site consultation. His marketing knowledge enables him to solve clients problems and fulfill their needs quickly. |
