Michael Horrigan is Chief Executive Officer of Middle East and Europe. Mr. Horrigan will be responsible for marina and related upland real estate design and development for all projects throughout the Middle East and European regions. His 32-year career includes 14 years with Bovis Lend Lease in a range of roles across five different countries. Prior to IGY he was Project Director on the Shoreline Apartments on The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. Previously, he was Senior VP and Project Director for several international project management companies operating throughout the United States, the Far East and Middle East. He was responsible for all aspects of numerous major multi-function developments from design inception to commissioning and hand over. His areas of expertise include urban planning, and architectural design/construction. Michael holds a degree in Architecture as well as Urban Planning and he has won several design awards in Australia. |
