Dr. Hori is a native of the Northwest, spending most of his youth in Tacoma. He graduated from the University of Washington Medical School, where he also completed his internal medicine residency. He was Chief Resident at the Boise VA Medical Center for a year before completing his fellowship in infectious disease at the University of California Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. He practiced in Auburn for three years before moving to the Valley Medical Center community in 1993. He joined Southlake Clinic in 2000. Dr. Hori has been in private practice for the past 15 years in the Auburn-Renton area. His practice includes comprehensive adult heath care and the diagnosis and management of a wide variety of infectious disease related issues, including osteomyelitis, endocartis, soft tissue and wound infections, fungal and micro bacterial diseases, HIV and other illnesses of the immunocompromised. He is also an expert in travel medicine. He is looking forward to continued care in these disciplines. He and his wife have three sons. He enjoys family life, skiing, camping, sailing, running, swimming and bicycling. He has even survived a couple of sprint triathlons |
