Mr. Holden is the Chief Financial Officer of Newtek. Prior to joining Newtek Business Services, Mr. Holden was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Pep Boys . Manny, Moe & Jack, a NYSE listed retailer of automotive parts and service. During his 21 year career at Pep Boys, when revenues grew from $180 million to $2.4 billion, Mr. Holden provided strategic and operational leadership across an array of functions including finance, management information systems, strategic planning, human resources and supply chain management. Prior to Pep Boys, Mr. Holden was a certified public accountant conducting audits and rendering tax advice to small and medium-sized businesses, both private and publicly held.
