Michael has 8 years of equity administration experience working with both public and privately held corporations. Michael spent 6+ years with the Stock Plan Services division of Smith Barney where he held senior management positions in Operations, Project Management, and Relationship Management. He was instrumental in the merging of the Stock Plan Services division of Smith Barney with AST Stock Plan. Michael has also acted as an Equity Administration consultant involving several public and privately held corporations. He attended the State University of New York at Buffalo. |
