Michael Hannan brings 15 years of experience in IT consulting practice leadership, Federal IT program management, and delivery of complex, innovative enterprise-scale solutions. Mr. Hannan has led high-performing client-service delivery teams at BearingPoint, CGI - AMS, and Anteon, and was a civil servant at NASA providing program management support to high-performance computing and space-systems development programs. He holds an M.S. in Information Systems from George Washington University, an M.A. in International Affairs from American University, and a B.A. in Arts & Sciences from Penn State University. Mr. Hannan is also a volunteer in multiple projects to help close the digital divide, targeting the Spanish-speaking community in computer training, computer refurbishing, and ways to use the Internet to overcome economic, educational, language, and social barriers. |
