Description of Practice:
Michael is an associate in our Los Angeles office who provides critical associate-level support to the real estate and land use teams. His practice involves real estate transactions, redevelopment law, municipal law, and land use. Michael is also experienced in the areas of affordable housing and state density bonus law. Michael has assisted in preparing entitlement applications for various development projects, including a condominium project incorporating affordable units and density bonus units. He has also drafted numerous redevelopment agreements for both commercial and residential transactions, loan agreements, ground leases, and easement agreements.
Michael has assisted with planning commission public hearings for a Los Angeles area city. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Educational History:
Michael received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1999 and went on to earn his J.D. at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2002. |
