Michael Goldstein was elected to the Board at the 2004 Annual Shareholders Meeting. Since June 2001, Mr. Goldstein has been Chairman of the Toys R Us Children’s Fund, Inc., a charitable foundation. Mr. Goldstein was Chairman of the Board of Toys R Us, Inc. from February 1998 to June 2001, Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from February 1994 to February 1998, and where he served as acting Chief Executive Officer from August 1999 to January 14, 2000. Mr. Goldstein is also a director of United Retail Group Inc., 4Kids Entertainment, Inc., Medco Health Solutions, Inc., Finlay Enterprises, Inc. and Galyan’s Trading Company, Inc. |
