Michael Gluk joined ArthroCare in December 2004 and leads the finance, investor relations, human resource, information system and corporate governance functions. Most recently, he served as general director of business planning and analysis for General Motors where he was responsible for corporate financial reporting and analysis in support of its Automotive Strategy Board and Corporate Board of Directors. Previously, he served as controller for GM do Brasil, held a variety of controller, treasury and business development positions in General Motor’s international and domestic business units and was a senior accountant at Ernst and Whinney. He holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Miami University and a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University.
