Michael Garnreiter has served as a member of our Board of Directors since September 2003. Mr. Garnreiter currently is the managing member of Rising Sun Restaurant Group, LLC, a ten-restaurant chain of casual dining locations. Mr. Garnreiter also is a director of Taser International. During the period from April 2002 through June 2006, Mr. Garnreiter served as the Executive Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer of Main Street Restaurant Group, Inc., a publicly held restaurant operating company. Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Garnreiter served as a general partner of Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Garnreiter began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1974 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from California State University at Long Beach. In 1986, he became the managing partner of Arthur Andersen's Tucson, Arizona office. Mr. Garnreiter is a Certified Public Accountant in California and Arizona. |
