Mike Gallup has more than 25 years of experience working with companies in most energy-related industries, including oilfield services, oil and gas exploration and production, refining, chemicals, power production, electric and gas distribution, energy retailing, transmission, energy marketing and trading, mining, pulp and paper, and metals recycling. He has worked in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific on projects involving corporate strategy, new business development, profitability improvement, cost reduction, supply chain, risk management, business and technology architecture, process redesign, technology implementation, and outsourcing.
Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Gallup was senior vice president for energy and utilities at Satyam Computer Services, the fourth largest Indian service provider. He was a director/vice president/partner in the Energy & Utilities Practices at Deloitte Consulting, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and Ernst & Young. Mr. Gallup also worked in a variety of roles at Public Service Enterprise Group, FMC Corporation, Elders Resources, and McKinsey & Company. He began his career as a chemical engineer at Shell and Exxon. |
