Michael Frantz consults for Noel-Levitz from his position as vice president of enrollment and marketing at Wilkes University (PA). He offers more than 15 years of experience in campus admissions, financial aid planning, and enrollment consulting. Mr. Frantz has served as an enrollment consultant to a number of institutions, including the University of Michigan-Flint, Emerson College (MA), Freed-Hardeman (TN) Oglethorpe University (GA), and Schreiner University (TX). At Wilkes University, Mr. Frantz supervises undergraduate admissions, marketing communications and financial aid. As vice president, Mr. Frantz oversaw the growth of freshman enrollment from 412 to 574 during 2001-2004. When he was dean of enrollment services at the university, Mr. Frantz helped Wilkes increase the freshman class size by 21 percent, increase net revenue by 4 percent, and raise average SAT scores by 30 points between 1998-2000. Previously, Mr. Frantz served as director of admissions at Buena Vista University (IA). During 1994-1998, he helped engineer a 10.4 percent growth in enrollment and enrolled four of the five largest freshman classes in the school’s history.
Presentations and education: Mr. Frantz has presented at the American Marketing Association, the National Enrollment Management Institute, and the Pennsylvania Association of College Admissions Counselors, among others. He holds a master of arts from the University of Iowa. |
