Dr. Frank is an emergency medicine, board certified physician as well as an attorney with over 28 years experience in emergency medicine. He serves as General Counsel and Director of Risk Management overseeing EMP’s legal affairs.
Dr. Frank is a Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He is a Life Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Summa Barberton Hospital, Vice Chairperson for the Public Safety Physician Advisory Board for the City of Cleveland, on the Board of Governors for the Tuscora Park Foundation, and Clinical Associate Professor for Northeast Ohio Universities College of Medicine.
Dr. Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree from Yale University, Doctor of Medicine from Case Western Reserve School of Medicine, and received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve School of Law, graduating cum laude. He performed a surgical internship at North Shore University Hospital in NY, and his residency at University Hospitals and Saint Luke’s Hospital in OH. |
