Michael started in the Executive Recruiting business with Mangieri/Hull Solutions in 1997 focused on Direct Response, Database Marketing, CRM and Interactive related Marketing positions. He has enjoyed success placing Chief Marketing Officers and Senior Executives through the ranks including 3 to 5 year analyst and Marketing Managers. Michael has had success making placements across industries, including; Financial Services, Multi-Channel National Retailers, Catalog, Technology, Agency and Service Related Industries.

Michael is a native of Southeastern Connecticut growing up in the Old Saybrook/Old Lyme area. After graduating from Nichols College he spent several years living in the Vail Valley of the Colorado Rockies. Michael is married and blessed with two beautiful children.
