Mike Ebert is a Managing Partner and one of the founding partners of RED Development, LLC. His development responsibilities include project coordination, financing, budgeting, equity structure, due diligence, governmental relations and legal aspects for each project. For RED Development, Mike has led the development of centers totaling more than 2 million square feet in numerous communities including Omaha, Neb.; Madison, Wis.; Minneapolis, Minn.; and Chandler, Ariz., among others. Current centers under Mike’s development include The Promenade at Fulton Ranch (150,000 sq. ft.), and Paseo Lindo (300,000 sq. ft.) in Chandler, Ariz.; Prasada (2 million+ sq. ft.) in Surprise, Ariz.; Settlers Creek (225,000 sq. ft.) in Papillion, Neb.; The Shops at Norterra (350,000 sq. ft.) in Phoenix , Ariz.; and the multi-use CityScape project (2.5+ million sq. ft.) in Phoenix, Ariz. |
