Michael Duda joined KPMG Corporate Finance 2006. His corporate finance experience includes advising clients on the execution of mergers, acquisitions and financings.
Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Michael was a principal at a successful IT services firm. He was also a Director at Andersen Corporate Finance where he advised on numerous middle-market buy-side and sell-side transactions and valuations. He has experience across a range of industries, including specialty retailers, industrial distribution, IT services and technology.
Michael holds an M.B.A. with Distinction in Finance and Marketing from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Illinois. Michael also attended the INSEAD Executive Program in Corporate Finance in Fontainebleau, France. |
