Michael is the President and CEO of the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge, a non-profit organization that teaches young people their responsibilities in society. With a master's degree in business administration and extensive work experience, Michael brings not only years of knowledge and skill to the table, but also a degree of professionalism that one is hard pressed to find today. Prior to becoming president of the Freedoms Foundation, Michael served as president of the Uniform Code Council in Lawrenceville, New Jersey where he achieved seemingly unprecedented success. Not only was Michael helpful in practical matters like cutting costs but he also introduced new innovative procedures that helped the organization become a huge success in the market. Michael has also worked at Black and Decker where he used his expertise to nurture the organization into an industry leader.
