Michael DeSimone is a Partner with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. Michael’s insightful evaluations produce candidates driven to achieve client service, growth and profitability goals while operating in intensely competitive environments. Michael is a member of the firm’s Professional Services Practice specializing in serving management consulting, systems integration, outsourcing, and audit clients. He has assisted clients at every phase of growth, ranging from venture-backed start-ups to Fortune 500 firms. Michael has successfully completed assignments for leadership roles including CEOs, vice presidents of practices and business units, human resources leadership, and general management. Previously Michael was Executive Vice President with DHR International where he led the firm’s Professional Services and Outsourcing Practice. Other search affiliations include Ober Consulting, where he started and developed the Professional Services Practice, and First National Marketing Group, where he entered the retained search business. Michael graduated from Davidson College. An accomplished athlete, he was a Division One All Southeast Region baseball selection. He is an active nine-year member of the Big Brother Program. Michael is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. |
