Michael is a Principal of Legend Properties, Inc. Michael graduated from Lasalle College in 1977 with a business degree in marketing. After college he spent four years in the hospitality industry working for Holland American Cruises. In 1981 he joining his brother Jim at DePetris Realty. Mike headed up the brokerage division in the mid 80's handling space throughout the Delaware Valley.
In 1990 Mike became President of Legend Properties which opened up for business at 15th & Walnut in Center City, Philadelphia. In 1994 Mike opened up the company's first Conshohocken, PA office.
Michael is a member of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and specializes in Center City, Philadelphia leasing along with handling leasing, sales, listings on the Main Line and throughout PA.
Michael's clients include Boston Market, Children's Place, Linen Factory Outlet and Gallo Clothing. His accomplishments include recently selling a few high profile commercial properties on the Main Line which include the Boston Market and Wayne and the former China Buddha diner restaurant in Wayne, PA. |
