Michael Conley, CPA, Chief Financial Officer, brings over 20 years of financial and management experience to the Company. His past employers include Interliant, reSOURCE PARTNER, Inc., Borden, and Price Waterhouse. At reSOURCE PARTNER, Inc. he was part of the original management team that created this high tech startup and managed it through its successful sale to Interliant, a leading global application services provider. Mr. Conley has overseen the financial reporting of a $2 billion global division and led the financial due diligence work for multiple M&A transactions.. He began his career as a member of the audit group of Price Waterhouse. Mr. Conley earned his BSBA from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio. |
