Michael is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and facilities for Inxight. He has more than 27 years of finance and accounting experience across a broad cross-section of industries.
Prior to Inxight, Michael worked with entrepreneurs to found two start-up technology companies in homeland defense and cyber security. Most recently, he provided consultative services in mergers and acquisitions for Keynote Systems, where he led the due diligence and integration process on three acquisitions.
Previously, he held senior finance and management positions with Terraspring (acquired by Sun Microsystems), Cooke Pharma, Siemens Telegyr Systems, CBR and ITT. While at Terraspring, he led the business integration effort into Sun and was an integral part of the process in securing an earlier $28 million private equity financing and $30 million in licensing. An experienced leader in process and cost improvements, Michael's work facilitated the sale of Cooke Pharma, a $4 million nutraceutical start-up in 2000, and the recovery of the Siemens' Telegyr Systems operation to profitability.
Michael is a licensed CPA and a graduate of the University of Central Florida, in Orlando. He is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs, California Society of CPAs and the Institute of Management Accountants. |
