Mr. Collins has been the Secretary and a director of our Company since October 2001. He has been an independent business consultant since December 1998. Between 1993 and 1997, Mr. Collins worked for Twentieth Century Fox International, PolyGram Filmed Entertainment and Savoy Pictures in the field of media management. Mr. Collins received a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from The Anderson School at UCLA. |
