Michael Cleary joined The Rubinoff Company in 2005 and was named Vice President, Property Management in 2006. In this capacity he oversees all Property Management activities, including approximately 3 million square feet of office, industrial, warehouse and flex space in our commercial portfolio and over 2000 units in various residential communities throughout the Western PA. Michael came to The Rubinoff Company with over 17 years of experience in Property and Asset Management. He holds both a CPM (Certified Property Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designations through the Institute of Real Estate Management. He currently serves as the President-Elect for the Institute of Real Estate Management - Western Pa Chapter. Michael also is a board member of the Builders Owners Managers Association Pittsburgh chapter. Michael attended Penn State University where he majored in Mechanical Engineering Studies. He is a CCIM Candidate Member.
