Michael Clayton, former international and IP counsel of Intrado Inc., has over 30 years of experience delivering cost-effective legal services in public and private companies. Prior to Intrado, Clayton served as vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Alliente, Inc., a BPO providing indirect procurement services to global clients in the telecommunications industry. Previously, he served fifteen years as vice president, general counsel, and secretary for Samsonite Corporation. Michael is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, Court of Appeals for the Federal District, State and Federal Courts of Colorado, and the U.S. Patent and Trade Mark Office. Clayton has been an adjunct professor of law at University of Denver College of Law and Director of the International Anti-counterfeiting Coalition. |
