Michael Christie joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2005. Michael has managed the strategic advisory, valuation, marketing, and sale of hundreds of businesses across a wide range of industries including: consumer and industrial products, energy, finance, service, medical, and technology with enterprise values ranging between US$10 and $500 million.
Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Michael was with RSM EquiCo and Citigroup's middle-market M&A division.
Michael holds an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurship with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California and a B.B.A. in Finance and Operations Management from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas. He is also a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research and a CFA Charterholder. |
