Mike Cagle majored in History at the University of Oklahoma and completed real estate courses at the University of North Texas and SMU. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), the International Council of Shopping Centers, and The Real Estate Council and holds a Broker’s License with the Texas Real Estate Commission.
Prior to joining The John Bowles Company, Mike owned a real estate company specializing in brokerage and leasing in the North Dallas market. Past marketing and leasing assignments include Addison Town Center (303,000 sf), Steger Town Crossing (291,000 sf), Shops of Flower Mound (106,000 sf), McDermott Crossing (101,000 sf), Kensington Square Shopping Center (98,000 sf), and the Pavillion Shopping Centers at Coit and Campbell containing over 706,000 sf of retail space.
For the past four years, Mike has been recognized as one of the top 10 retail leasing brokers and was ranked fourth in the Metroplex for the year 2000 and again in 2001. Mike’s 30 years of experience have given him the opportunity to work on some of the premier properties in the Dallas area.
Mike is an Executive Vice President with The John Bowles Company, overseeing the retail division, as well as 2,000,000 square feet of retail/office space in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. |
