Mr. Bragin has 8 years of experience in life sciences strategic advisory and business development. As a member of the finance, marketing and business development teams at PDLBioPharma and Bone Care International, he provided strategic insight, market analysis and assessment, and transaction structure modeling as well as financial valuation. In his business development and strategic planning experiences, Mr. Bragin participated in the closing of over $1 billion in transactions and played an intricate role in identifying external products and corporate targets for in-licensing and M&A activity, as well as in evaluating strategic partnership opportunities for internal products and product candidates. Mr. Bragin also spent over 3 years in the CIBC World Markets’ Healthcare Investment Banking division where he helped execute over $1.3 billion in financing, M&A and strategic advisory transactions for life sciences companies. Mr. Bragin holds an MS in Biotechnology from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, as well as MA and BA degrees from Northwestern University and the University of California at Berkeley, respectively. |
