Michael Bowles is a graduate of the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas where he attained a B.B.A. degree in Real Estate. He has enjoyed success in the Dallas real estate community for over 4 years.
Prior to joining The John Bowles Company, Michael was Vice President of Associates Home Equity Services, Inc. in Irving, Texas where he headed up and managed a loan-servicing portfolio with over $6 billion in total outstandings. He currently represents owners such as CMD, Today Realty Advisors, The Bruder Company, and Behringer Harvard Funds. Through his extensive knowledge and expertise, these companies have been able to achieve their leasing objectives and maintain high levels of occupancy.
Michael’s widespread knowledge in leasing ranges from Class "A" office space to "Flex"space. He will continue to focus his attention on all aspects of office leasing using his vast proficiency and expertise in project leasing. |
