Michael maintains all of SMARTHINKING's internal voice and data networks, servers and routers and coordinates SMARTHINKING's IT hardware and software purchasing and installation strategy. Prior to joining SMARTHINKING, Michael served as Program Coordinator and Internal Network Coordinator for the Container Recycling Institute, a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit organization specializing in environmental and conservation issues. Michael has also worked extensively as an independent IT and network consultant. His technology teaching background includes stints as a trainer teaching Microsoft Office and related software applications, and as Academic Director for ACE Computer Camp, a summer program teaching basic programming and software skills to secondary learners ages seven to seventeen. Michael holds a BA in Computer-Mediated Communication from California State University San Bernardino. |
