Inspired by his work at Kelly Johnson's Skunk Works at Lockheed in the 1960's, Mr. Bell grew his passion into a career spanning four decades of prototype development. He founded Bell Machine and Design in 1981 which focused on the development of aerospace, semiconductor and biomedical devices for testing and handling. In 1995, Mr. Bell merged his company with Everman Mechanisms to form Bell-Everman, Inc., a leading motion device manufacturer dedicated to creating new products and test equipment. Prior to his work at Bell Machine and Design, Mr. Bell worked at TransMonet, McGhan Medical, and prototyped and built the final deployment assembly for the Viking Probe, which was successfully sent to Mars in 1975. |
