Michael is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Broadsword Partners, LLP (BP), a best of breed, multi-disciplinary merchant banking firm in New York City that offers services to the middle market business community ranging from financial advisory and consulting to principal investing. From 1988 to 1994 he was a Senior Vice President at Smith Barney and from 1983 to 1988 a Vice President at Kidder Peabody. His scope of responsibilities included institutional equity and fixed income sales, retail equity and fixed income sales, private equity analysis and capital raising.
