Michael Ambrosino offers more than 16 years of experience in information technology, Web design, and educational programming within higher education. He currently consults for Noel-Levitz from his position as director of information technology at Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) in Portland, Oregon.
In his current position, Mr. Ambrosino oversees the college’s infrastructure, including Web site, Intranet, e-mail, and other critical technology functions. He works with the deans at PNCA to create and implement all of the college’s digitally related course curriculum, as well as public programming as it relates to the college’s visual arts and Internationalization programs.
Mr. Ambrosino’s experience includes educational program development, funding strategies, technical research, and managing the technology needs of campus faculty and staff. He has created homegrown networks, designed professional-grade video editing applications, and conducted workshops and training modules for PNCA as well as corporate clients such as Nike and Weiden & Kennedy. Mr. Ambrosino has also taught courses for the college’s Bachelor of Fine Arts and Continuing Education programs, and consults within the Portland Public Schools regarding their media literacy programs.
