Mr. Albright joined Centex Corporation in 1987 as Controller and was named Vice President in 1989. He assumed responsibility for the Treasury/Finance function in 1992. Mr. Albright also served as President of Centex-owned Texas Trust Savings Bank, FSB, from April 1994 until its sale in December of the same year. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Centex Life Solutions from 1996 to March 1999 and returned to Centex Corporation as Senior Vice President - Administration in April 1999.
Prior to joining Centex, Mr. Albright had been Senior Vice President for Carlisle Property Company, a Dallas-based real estate development company. Previously, he was a Group Vice President for Rollins, Inc., in Atlanta, Ga., after serving as an Audit Manager for Arthur Andersen in the United States and abroad.
Mr. Albright holds a B.S. in accounting and an M.B.A. from Mississippi State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs. He is Immediate Past Chairman of Old City Park and is actively involved with several other local civic and charitable organizations. |
