Mike Sund joined Maxwell in March 1999, assuming responsibility for corporate communications and investor relations. Previously, he spent six years in a similar role with Mycogen Corp., an agricultural biotechnology company that was acquired by The Dow Chemical Company in November 1998. Over the previous 20 years he held several media and corporate and agency communications positions and was the principal of his own public relations consulting firm. |
