Mr. McGreaham has focused his practice exclusively in the area of Life and Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Business Formation and Continuation. Prior to obtaining his law degree, he was a financial planner for Murphey Favre and Dean Witter Reynolds. The expertise gained in this profession enables him to thoroughly understand the full estate planning process, including how and where investments and insurance fit into a complete, integrated estate plan. This prior experience has also greatly enhanced his ability to counsel clients in all aspects of life and estate planning.Mr. McGreaham is a member of the Boise Estate Planning Council, Treasure Valley Estate Planning Council, and Society of Financial Service Professionals. He is also a member of the Elder Law, Real Property, and Probate and Trust Law Sections of the Washington State, Idaho State and American Bar Associations. He is on the Board of Directors for the Society of Financial Service Professionals, Southern Idaho Chapter and the Board of Directors for Angels Anonymous.Mr. McGreaham has served the community as a Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, and merit badge counselor. He has a commercial pilot’s license with multi-engine and instrument ratings.Mr. McGreaham received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law. He is a member of the Idaho and Washington State Bar Associations and the American Bar Association.
