Michael Lesyna joined Trimble in September 1999 as vice president of strategic marketing. In September 2000, he was appointed vice president and general manager of the Mobile Solutions Division. In July 2004, Lesyna was appointed vice president of Business Transformation. In this cross-divisional role he focuses on driving operational improvements based on the marketing, sales and distribution channel strategies of Trimble's business segments. The scope of his work includes tailored business prioritization as well as lean manufacturing and lean overhead principles. |
