W. Michael Kipphut, Group Executive, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated, joined the Company in March of 2000. Prior to joining Sykes, Mr. Kipphut was employed by USA Floral Products, Inc., a publicly held worldwide perishable products distributor, where he served as Chief Financial Officer since September of 1998. Prior to USA Floral, Mr. Kipphut served as Vice President and Treasurer for Spalding & Evenflo Companies, Inc., a global manufacturer of consumer products. Prior to Spalding, Mr. Kipphut held various positions during his 17 years with Tyler Corporation, a publicly held diversified holding company, most recently serving as Vice President and Treasurer. Mr. Kipphut is a Certified Public Accountant.
