Michael has over thirty years of experience as a certified public accountant, including his work in industry as a tax manager for a leasing corporation. As a Tax Principal at Wolf & Company, Michael provides tax planning and compliance services to banks and other financial institutions. He has been a frequent speaker to bankers and other business managers on topics including tax planning and compliance, information reporting and tax changes and he has served on the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants Federal Taxation Committee.
