Michael V. Palmeri is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of SEMCO ENERGY, Inc. Mr. Palmeri joined SEMCO ENERGY, Inc. in July 2004 from Pinnacle West Capital Corp. where he was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. In 1987, he joined Pinnacle West, a diversified holding company with subsidiaries in various businesses including electricity transmission and distribution, unregulated power production, and power marketing and trading. He held several increasingly senior financial positions during his more than 15 years with the company. Mr. Palmeri holds a Masters in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree from State University College of New York. He achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1986. |
